On Sunday, August 13 in New Delhi, Prime Minister Narendra Modi encouraged citizens to join the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign by making the tricolour their profile pictures across all social media platforms.
Modi has now used the national flag as the profile photo on his various social media platforms.
On Friday, the prime minister urged citizens to take part in the upcoming ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign from August 13 to 15.
Modi stated on X, “Let us change the DP of our social media accounts in the spirit of the #HarGharTiranga movement and extend support to this unique effort that will deepen the bond between our beloved country and us.”
He has also encouraged people to post pictures of themselves holding the tricolour on the website www.harghartiranga.com.—(PTI)
