July 31 in Srinagar: Raja Muhammad Tufail, a well-known attorney, died away on Monday at a New Delhi private hospital. He was 73.
Mr. Tufail complained of discomfort, according to his daughter, and was promptly sent to PSRI hospital in Saket. He was sent to the ICU as soon as he arrived at the hospital. But as his health continued to deteriorate, he passed away in the hospital,” she stated.
She said that Mr. Tufail’s body remains had been held at PSRI’s mortuary in Saket and that his funeral rites will be performed tomorrow (01-08-2023), after his son had arrived from Canada.
Mr. Tufail had a distinguished professional career that lasted more than 40 years.
He leaves behind his wife, a son, and a daughter.
