SRINAGAR, SEPTEMBER 25: Today, the National Health Mission for Jammu and Kashmir published the rating of public health facilities for the month of August 2023 on the Hospital Management Information System (JK e Sahaj).
The Jammu Psychiatric Disease Hospital has won first place in the category of Associated Hospitals of Government Medical Colleges. It was followed in order by the GMC Anantnag, the SMGS Hospital in Jammu, the Chest Disease Hospital in Jammu, and the Government Lal Ded Hospital in Srinagar. SMHS, Srinagar, Government Dental College, Doda, Chest Disease Hospital, Srinagar, and Bone and Joint Hospital were the worst five in this category.
District Hospital Ganderbal, DH Shopian, DH Kishtwar, DH Samba, and ASYM DH Budgam all placed second in the category of district hospitals, respectively. MCCH Anantnag, DH Poonch, DH Pulwama, DH Ramban, and DH Reasi made up the lowest five in this category.
CHC Rajpora, Pulwama, E.H. Vijaypur Samba, CHC Sunderbani, CHC Kangan, and CHC Kralpora are the top-ranking Community Health Centres (CHCs) in this category. In this category, CHC Taryath, CHC Rohama, CHC Kremshore, CHC Gandoh, and CHC Thanamandi made up the bottom five.
As part of Jashn-e-Sehat, the Lieutenant Governor of J&K officially launched the JK e-sahaj initiative on November 4, 2022, for various types of facilities, including tertiary care, district hospitals, community health centres, primary health centres, and some new-type PHCs. Rapid Assessment System (RAS), the 104 Centralised Health Helpline for outbound dialling, and the RCH site of the MoHFW, Government of India, have all been connected with JK E-Sahaj.
Based on registration, conversion of the EMR (Electronic Medical Record), registration of IPD patients, and patient comments published on the JK e Sahaj portal for the month of August 2023, a ranking has been made. The NHM website has published a complete list of the amenities.
