Budgam 23, Sep 2023 : Syed Faizan Nazir is a young and self-taught writer hailing from Central Kashmir’s Hamchi Saidporaof J&K. He is a student in the 10th grade at Govt BHS Batapora and has already made a name for himself as a passionate promoter of the Kashmiri language.
