Taking the name “Sher” off of the SKICC | Government more serious on wiping away J&K history: Tarigami

Srinagar, August 13: M Y Tarigami, a leader of the Communist Party of India (Marxist), said today that the government is more concerned with erasing the history of Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) than with addressing pressing issues like unemployment, healthcare costs, and rising prices.

He made a comment on how the government is always trying to erase history by changing the names of landmarks like highways and courthouses.
