New Delhi, August 19: BJP National General Secretary Tarun Chugh launched a scathing assault on Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot on Saturday, saying that the people of the state want a change and are turning to the BJP in the hopes that it would free them from the misrule of the state government.

One BJP leader stated, “Yeha BJP ki Daal Galne Wali Nahi Hai” in response to comments made by Rajasthan’s chief minister, Ashok Gehlot, who predicted that Congress will win a landslide in the state’s next assembly elections, which are set to take place before the end of the year.

To escape the misrule of the state administration, “Rajasthan’s public is looking to the BJP with expectations,” Chugh remarked.

He said, “The day is not far when the public will bid farewell to Ashok Gehlot.”

State Congress president Govind Singh Dotasara, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, Member of Legislative Assembly Sachin Pilot, and Party in Charge Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa met in Jaipur on Saturday morning.

After the meeting, while speaking to the media, Gehlot predicted that “Congress will again win with a huge majority in the state.” The people of Rajasthan are certain that the Congress will return to power.
