His brother, the late Wasil Doolwal, was Dr. Hilal Rafiq Doolwal, who worked at NHM in Block Dachhan.

In his sympathy letter, Dr. Nazir talked about how generous and dedicated Wasil was in his efforts to help those in need.

He told the Doolwal family how sorry he was, including Mansoor Doolwal, who was an uncle of Dr. Hilal and Wasil Doolwal and worked as a senior assistant at the Kishtwar district hospital.

“The whole community is sad about the death of a kind man who worked hard to make the world a better place.” The death of Wasil Doolwal left a hole in Kishtwar, but Dr. Nazir said that his work and commitment will continue to encourage those who come after him.
