The actions that the federal government, led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, took on August 5, 2019, to create a new state of Jammu and Kashmir and bring it into line with the rest of the nation, were affirmed by the Supreme Court as constitutional. The ruling from the Supreme Court will strengthen national unity. Furthermore, it will reinforce the governments’ joint efforts to elevate J&K to unprecedented levels. In particular, individuals who have been denied their constitutional rights for decades will get special attention in the heightened efforts to provide justice to everyone,” Sinha said.

In J&K, which is seeing a surge of positive change, the ruling will open the door for a new wave of social and economic progress. People go about their daily lives with the hope of enjoying peace’s advantages. To realize the Prime Minister’s vision of a modern, developed J&K, we shall exert every effort. He said that “stone-pelting and strikes have been consigned to the past” and mentioned cartoon nightlife and movie theaters as signs of progress.

While referencing the record 1.88 million tourists who visited last year, he also discussed the growth of tourism. Tourism, not terrorism, is the main industry in New Jersey. As of November, there have been over two crore visitors, the speaker said.
