If reports are to be believed, National Conference will refuse to give any Kashmiri Lok Sabha seat to any other member of the coalition.

NC defeated PC in Baramulla, PDP in Srinagar, and Congress in South Kashmir’s Anantnag Lok Sabha seat to win all three of Kashmir’s Lok Sabha seats in the most recent parliamentary election. In the race for the Anantnag Lok Sabha seat, PDP finished third.

Hasnain Masoodi has been added by the opposition alliance as a member of the coalition’s campaign committee.

Ifra Jan of the National Conference and Iltija Mufti, the daughter of Mehbooba Mufti, the president of the PDP, have reportedly been named as members of the working group for social media.

Members of the working committee on media include Tanvir Sadiq of the NC and Mohit Bhan of the PDP.
