The G20 Leaders’ Summit will take place in New Delhi from September 9 to 10, and Argentina’s Alberto Fernandez arrived on Friday to participate.

Minister of State for Steel and Rural Development Faggan Singh Kulaste met Fernandez at the airport in Delhi.

Argentina is one of the five new countries to join the BRICS group.

Hugo Javier Gobbi, the ambassador of Argentina to India, has praised India’s contribution to the growth of BRICS and said that “his country’s inclusion in the group would not have been possible without India’s support.”

Meanwhile, a number of foreign leaders have arrived in the nation’s capital for the G20 Summit.

Among the notable ones is Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the president of Nigeria, who arrived at the global meeting first.

To attend the G20 meeting, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, the director general of the World Trade Organisation (WTO), landed at the New Delhi airport on Thursday evening.

At the summit is Kristalina Georgieva, managing director of the International Monetary Fund.

Other world leaders have arrived in the nation for the G20 Summit in Delhi, including Mexican Minister of Economy Raquel Buenrostro Sanchez, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, OECD Secretary General Mathias Cormann, Prime Minister of Mauritius Pravind Kumar Jugnauth, and President of the European Council Charles Michel.
