Srinagar, 2 December: The removal of UAPA charges against a few SKUAST students has been applauded by Abdul Qayoom Wani, the chairman of the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Society Forum (JKCSF) and a former president of the EJAC.

Removing UAPA charges against SKUAST Kashmiri students is a positive move, he wrote on X. In any circumstance, students must be treated with respect and compassion.
