The SIA needs the public’s help to solve the murder of Neelkanth Ganjoo

Jammu and Kashmir’s State Investigation Agency (SIA) has gone public with its desire to solve the 30-year-old murder of retired Judge Neelkanth Ganjoo.

The SIA has issued a communique appealing to anyone with knowledge of the murder of Neelkanth Ganjoo to come forward with any information, no matter how small, that could help uncover the larger criminal conspiracy surrounding the incident.

The communique states, “The identity of all such persons shall be kept completely hidden and protected, and all useful and relevant information shall be suitably rewarded.”
