Srinagar, July 26: On Tuesday late at night, a traffic accident in the Doda district claimed the lives of three people and wounded one more.

According to Kashmir Scroll, which cited a senior police official, an Alto vehicle travelling from Thathri to Gandoh tumbled down into a 500-foot-deep valley when it reached Bamboo. Three people perished in the event, according to him, while one person was wounded and sent to the hospital for treatment. The three dead people were named as Muzaffar Hussain, a resident of Sanwara Gandoh, Bilal Ahmed, 30, and Insha, 12, all of Druri Gandoh. Danish Ayaz Ahmed, 14, was recognised as the wounded.
