Subject to fair weather and good road conditions, LMV passengers and private cars shall be allowed from both sides on Jammu-Srinagar NHW, viz., Jammu towards Srinagar, and vice versa. However, we will manage HMVs in a regulated manner. after assessing the road condition.

The cut-off timing for LMVs is due to the presence of single roads at Dalwas, Panthyal, and Nachlana.

  • Kishtwari Pather, etc. (subject to change depending on road conditions)
  • From Nagrota (Jammu) at 0600 hours to 1300 hours,
  • The journey began in Jakheni (Udhampur) at 0700 hrs. and ended at 1400 hrs.
  • The NAVYUG Tunnel (Qazigund side) operates from 0600 hours to 1300 hours.

After the cut-off time, no vehicle may enter.

SF Convoy Movement:

Security forces are advised or requested not to use the advisory or traffic plan because of potential traffic congestion due to the narrow carriageway Nashree and Banihal on Jammu-Srinagar NHW. Tomorrow they may ply from Srinagar towards Jammu after confirming the status of NHW from TCU Ramban.

SSG ROAD:

Fresh snowfall at the Zojila axis has closed the Srinagar-Sonamarg-Gumari road.

Mughal Road:

Snow accumulation continues to block Mughal Road.

Bhaderwah-Chamba road:

Snow accumulation continues to block the Bhaderwah-Chamba road.

We advise individuals to travel on NH-44 only after verifying the status of The road is accessible from traffic control units as follows:
