Doda: In preparation for the impending municipal election in 2023, the District Election Office in Doda has completed the third and final cycle of training for presiding officers, polling officers, micro-observers, and Anganwari employees. The training took conducted in the Town Hall Doda to provide these authorities the fundamental know-how and abilities needed to guarantee a smooth and impartial election process.
Under the guidance of DEO Vishesh Mahajan, the Election Office in Doda organised the training sessions, which were led by district-level master trainers. Participants received thorough instruction from them on all facets of the election process. The tasks and responsibilities of presiding officers were covered in training, which also included how to handle electronic voting machines, how to tally votes, how to close the EVMs when the results were in, and how to keep the vote secret.
