Udhampur is the site of election management discussions

Udhampur’s District Election Officer, Sachin Kumar Vaishya, called a meeting of authorities from relevant agencies on August 6 to discuss the state of election planning at the district level.

Several topics were thoroughly discussed, such as the district election management plan, the special provision for voters with disabilities, the security arrangement plan, the transport management plan, the expense monitoring plan, the training plan, and the media monitoring committee.

The DEO raised awareness among the police about their duties. The DEO emphasised the significance of voter registration and roll updates, and he encouraged everyone involved to work quickly and efficiently to finish the process.
