Srinagar, Sep 13: Arti Ahuja, the Union Secretary for Labour and Employment (L&E), today travelled to Budgam and checked over the construction being done on the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) hospital at the SIDCO Industrial Complex, Ompora.
The Union Secretary visited the top medical institution to evaluate different construction projects under progress. The Secretary emphasised that this facility would meet the medical requirements of insured people and their families when interacting with the officials on this occasion.
The Secretary said that the Union Government is dedicated to improving healthcare facilities in J&K and that several progressive measures have been launched in the health sector to guarantee that the public receives the best facilities. She said that the administration has made a number of significant moves for the welfare and advancement of the working class to improve their socioeconomic situations. The Secretary also visited the ESIC health facility in Sonwar and evaluated how it was run.
