According to the latest edition of the Henley Passport Index, which was published on Tuesday, India is currently the 80th-best passport in the world. The Henley Passport Index now ranks the Indian passport five spots higher than it did in 2022.
Currently, citizens of India may visit 57 different countries without a visa. Indian citizens may enter these countries without a visa or with a visa obtained upon arrival. Visas are issued at the airport upon arrival in the nation in question under the Visa on Arrival programme. Passengers also get a lot from its straightforward operation.
However, Indian nationals need a visa before visiting 177 other countries. Investigating them is required before issuing a visa. The United States, China, Japan, Russia, and the whole European Union are also included.
The Singaporean passport is the strongest in the world.
The Henley Report claims that Singapore’s passport has surpassed Japan’s as the world’s strongest. The Singaporean passport allows visa-free travel to 192 countries.
