According to the report, Li Qiang, the premier of China, will represent Jinping at the conference.

Premier of the State Council Li Qiang will attend the 18th G20 Summit, which will take place in New Delhi, India, on September 9 and 10, at the request of the Republic of India’s government. This weekend’s 18th G20 Summit in Delhi will be attended by Chinese Premier Li Qiang, according to a statement from Ning.

According to the spokesperson, “China hopes the summit can consolidate consensus, convey confidence, and promote development.”

For whatever reason, Jinping was unable to attend the G20 conference, according to the Chinese authorities.

Additionally, there is doubt about Jinping’s attendance at the next ASEAN and East Asia summits in Jakarta, Indonesia.
