Yatri is killed in the accident

Srinagar, August 18: An Amarnath Yatri was reported to have died after falling along the road to the Amarnath Cave.

“The yatri Vijay Kumar, 50, of Bihar, accompanied by Mamta Kumari, slipped off the route at Kali Mata Morh and perished on the spot. They were returning from the Amarnath cave temple. His corpse has been recovered, and it is now being sent to the hospital at Baltal Base Camp. According to a statement released by the police, the lady who was wounded is now being treated at the Brarimarg Base Camp Hospital.
